พื้นที่เหมาะสม: ที่ราบลุ่ม ทนน้ำท่วมขังชั่วคราวได้ดี ชอบดินร่วนปนทรายที่มีความชื้นสูง (เหมาะมากกับกบินทร์บุรี)
การดูแล/ปุ๋ย: ช่วง 1-3 ปีแรกควรให้ปุ๋ยอินทรีย์ปีละ 2 ครั้ง (5-10 กก./ต้น) หากใช้ปุ๋ยเคมีแนะนำสูตร 15-15-15 เพื่อเร่งโครงสร้างลำต้น
