เขตรักษาพันธุ์สัตว์ป่าเขาอ่างฤๅไน เป็นพื้นที่อนุรักษ์ที่มีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่งในภาคตะวันออกของประเทศไทย ตั้งอยู่ในบริเวณป่ารอยต่อ 5 จังหวัด (ฉะเชิงเทรา, ชลบุรี, ระยอง, จันทบุรี และปราจีนบุรี) โดยมีพื้นที่ครอบคลุมกว้างขวางและเป็นป่าดิบแล้งที่สมบูรณ์ที่สุดแห่งหนึ่งในที่ราบลุ่มภาคตะวันออก

Khao Ang Rue Nai Wildlife Sanctuary is a critically important conservation area in Eastern Thailand. Located within the "Five Provinces Border Forest" (comprising Chachoengsao, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi, and Prachinburi), it encompasses a vast territory and remains one of the most pristine lowland dry evergreen forests in the eastern region.
